If it fits in the pre-paid box provided, we'll scan it so long as it meets our photo scanning requirements. Keep in mind that our estimates are based on a 4x6" image size. For example the est. 150-200 images that can fit into a small USPS box, are based on images that are 4x6" in size.

We scan images from 2x3" to 8.5"x11" in size. We also scan polaroid photos

Slides and Negatives

We can scan all slide types, 35mm, Half frame 35mm, 126, 127, and both 110 versions. Please remove slides from carousels, slide boxes etc and pack them as shown in the instructions provided unless otherwise noted in the product box description.

Negatives can be kept in their protective sleeves.

Currently, we only support VHS, VHS-C magnetic tape & 8mm and Super 8mm film.

We do not accept Betamax, Mini DV, HI 8(8mm tape), Micro MV, 16mm film or audio cassettes.

Since VHS-C tapes are smaller than standard size VHS tapes, they often get confused with 8mm, Mini DV or Hi 8 tapes. Many people just refer to any small videotape as VHS-C(compact) tape, without regard that it may be a 8mm, Mini DV or Hi 8. In their mind, if it is smaller than a VHS tape, it must be an VHS-C. Determine your Tape Type

Sometimes, film and VHS are so badly deteriorated that we can't possibly attempt to digitize these. If we find that this is the case, we will simply not scan them and ship them back with your other items.
